All I would add is that we recovered our 70 euro cleaning charge. We went on a package deal and the rep made sure we got it back. To get any reception service you had to phone (costing you money) using your own phone to get any service. The noise (we were in room 6) is a MASSIVE issue if... More

We stayed in this chalet 18 months ago and decided to return for our Winter holiday. My earlier review gives more information about the chalet, and again we were really pleased we chose it. Chalet Edelweiss is a self catering facility - basically a large 'chalet' divided up into small independant accommodation or 'rooms'. There is a reception but it is not always 'manned' and there appeared to be no obvious after hours staff present.
