Having booked and paid for a balcony room we were given a first floor room on arrival which was only changed after our protests. Reception staff could have been better. An English speaking concierge would have helped! Room (eventually on the 4th floor) was good with a view of the mountains. However, balcony furniture was uncomfortable. Not 4 star quality. Guests who were on half board were treated much better than us who had stayed on a B&B basis only. We've just come back from The Majestic Palace. It must have been fantastic once but now shows signs of wear.
