“Don't expect a peaceful night's sleep!”

Club Hotel in Sant'Agnello has got to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a train line nearby, the walls are really thin, and it's near to a church whose bells chime every 15 minutes, all through the night. “Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at!”

The lack of hygenic practices at this "hotel" is appalling. The breakfast items (i.e. bread, crossiants) are taken off dirty plates if not eaten and placed on new place setting for the next unsuspecting guest. I had read some bad things about the club hotel but was more than willing to give it a go on the basis that 'its what you make of it'. Unfortunately it wasn't the best hotel, the room was small and basic but clean, the linen wasn't changed every day but as we only had a two night stay this... More

Do not stay here if you want spacious, clean rooms and excellent service! This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks travelling round Europe.
