Salsomaggiore Terme is charming,elegant and has probably seen better days. Similarly with the Hotel Valentini but we had a really pleasant 4 day stay and would thoroughly recommend this resort and this hotel. Every aspect of the hotel is good or very good. Nudger Manchester More
