Stayed here in October 2006. The hotel was central and provided a good base to walk around the town and also to venture to the country to visit a parmesan producer. Only issues we had were the roadworks outside the front of the hotel that made getting in/out a little inconvenient. Also there was no parking. Rooms were average size... more
Staying at the Scudo di Francia was everything a hotel should be - clean,spacious rooms, great bathrooms(marble/tile and good showers) with a good cup of coffee or cappucino in the morning(and a nice buffet) and a welcoming smile whenever you passed by the reception area.
