We couldn't complain about customer service at this hotel. We had actually booked another hotel but when we got there the hotel no longer existed. A family member who lives in Ragusa suggested this hotel. We walked in without a booking and they were happy to help us. We were there for 3 nights and it cost EUR68 per night... More

Nothing bad but nothing outstanding room is clean and ggod size, staff friendly enough possibility to put car in a garage for 8 euros. Well located if you want to visit the other more interesting towns around in that area. More

First a heads up: as of November 4th 2011, this is no longer a Best Western hotel, although the branding is still everywhere! We stayed here for 1 night, paid 62€. And we got what we paid for. Room smelled like it had not seen an open windows in months, bathroom was hastely cleaned. Room itself was spacious, but outdated... More

Arrived here early Sunday evening for a one night stay. Sole receptionist not very welcoming or accommodating, and when we got to our room we found it like a furnace, with windows having been closed all day with the hot Sicilian sun beating down on it. When we turned on the air conditioning it didn't work - receptionist then explained... More

The hotel is located in the center of the new town. The old town is reachable in 35 minutes walking. The room was clean and quite big. Breakfast was rather good. Free internet wi-fi connection was available. The hotel has a private garage which is available but not for free. The staff was really kind and gave us all the... More

We were on a self guided tour of Sicily over the Christmas holiday and stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel rooms were exactly as pictured on the hotel website and the room was comfortable. The hotel is in the modern (high) section of town. We stopped to see the monuments (Baroque) and to find the birthplaces of... More

Great location, comfortable room. Quiet and dark enabling us to sleep well after a long flight from Jacksonville, Fl and a bus ride from Catania, Italy. The welcoming front desk got us settled in our room efficiently and were very friendly. We enjoyed the cafe and the restaurant although we did sleep through the breakfast that was included in the... This was supposedly one of the best hotels in Town. Hotel reception in new and nice, the rooms are ok, nothing more. Flat screen TV, and rather large, but 80's style interior. The old city )Ibla) is the thing to see in this town and it was really wow. almost no restaurants close to the hotel, and after walking around... More

This is a typical Best Western hotel: Nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary, just an okay place to stay if you don't want any fuss and doesn't care about luxury. I can't really say much about this hotel as I found it quite neutral. It was quite recently renovated and the rooms were okay, the staff was friendly and... More
