The staff were all extremely helpful. It has its own car park which is good as it can be tricky in Ragusa. Free internet access was good. The hotel is a mid range business hotel; It is clean, tidy and functional. The staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. The restaurant is dire and should be avoided at all costs. The breakfast was Italian minimalistic. The underground carpark was free and a great boon.
