Stayed for a week as part of a group. Run by a friendly and efficient family. Older hotel put modernized rooms. Very comfortable. Great location for exploring the Tuscany area. Easy access to train station and very good restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. More

We stayed here while at a conference in Prato and honestly expected more. The room was spacious and relatively quiet, but the yucky old carpet and dingy walls could use upgrading! The room smelt like smoke. There was a bath, which was nice and the breakfast buffet was nicer than most Italian places. They make you fresh coffee to order.... More

Stayed here for four nights for a work trip. The bedroom, on the first floor, was spacious, very basic but overlooked the main square and had sound proof windows and shutters. Gianni and his sister Roberta and their staff run a wonderful hotel. They were friendly,very helpful and most obliging. They also spoke excellent English. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. Buffet breakfast was outstanding and always something to look forward to. It was October, it was warm, but the air-conditioning was off. The reason: officially it was winter. We kept the windows open, but it was noisy....the loud v-r-o-o-o-m-s of motorcycles audible until midnight. The breakfast spread was less than generous.
