We stayed here while at a conference in Prato and honestly expected more. The room was spacious and relatively quiet, but the yucky old carpet and dingy walls could use upgrading! Stayed here for four nights for a work trip. The bedroom, on the first floor, was spacious, very basic but overlooked the main square and had sound proof windows and shutters. Gianni and his sister Roberta and their staff run a wonderful hotel. They were friendly,very helpful and most obliging. They also spoke excellent English. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy. Buffet breakfast was outstanding and always something to look forward to. It was October, it was warm, but the air-conditioning was off. The reason: officially it was winter. We kept the windows open, but it was noisy....the loud v-r-o-o-o-m-s of motorcycles audible until midnight. The breakfast spread was less than generous. This is a nice family run hotel. We were given a spacious room with a nice view , when we turned up late on a Friday night in November. Basic facilities but everything was clean and the staff friendly although they had limited English. More

We stumbled upon this great little family run hotel.We stayed here for 2 nights. Simple, clean and quiet rooms. Elevator to move baggage. Great european breakfast served by Mom and Daughter with Papa serving up genuine hospitality. Gianni, the son , runs the reception and will charm you.
