We stayed in this wonderful hotel overlooking the sea in July 2011. If you are looking for a Hilton, you will be dissappointed. However, if you are looking for a quaint, distinctive, clean place with among the best views ever, you will like it. I was glad to read other review which showed that most had a similar love of... I stayed at Villa Nettuno in the family room with my partner and my mother. The room was a great size for three adults and very affordable compared to others in Positano. Super friendly owners made the experience memorable. The breakfast on the balcony was a real highlight. There are quite a few steps into the town centre but the... More

This is a small owner run business in Positano. The rooms are $80 euros a night- a real bargain in Positano. Our room was large and clean but simple, not luxurious. There is a small fridge, a table where two people can eat and a small balcony with a priceless view of Positano and the water. The owner is almost... More

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was absolutely the best! The owner was so very friendly and kind, a very special person. He spoke good English, but got my husband to practice his Italian, when he discovered he knew some of the language. He gave us a fantastic reccomendation for dinner close by, once of the best meals... More

My wife and I are a young couple in our early 30's and had heard rave reviews about the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Using our Lonely Planet we found the recommendation to stay at the Villa Nettuno Residence. The owner speaks some English and is very accommodating, giving good recommendations for restaurants and getting around the town. The owner's family... More

I had a lovely stay for 4 nights at Villa Nettuno and loved the view from the room which was incredible. Great value for money and the owner was very helpful - assisted with luggage up the stairs, recommended great dinner spots and helped sort out my train travel. Can also recommend Vincenzo if you need a taxi driver, I... More

This hotel is magic. Simple and beautiful. Everything from the location with a splendid view to the hand made lamps and the flowers in the different terrasses. The owner is a quiet but very helpful and polite man, with lots of interesting stories about Positano. More

After climbing the many steps up to this charming hotel, you will be greated by a very helpful Claudio, the villa's owner. The place is very unique and true to the area as well as clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous view of the amazing Amalfi coast and Claudio made sure we ate at the best restaurants and were... Claudio was a complete Angel, helping guide me at every turn, each day I was there. This spot is worth every step of stairs leading to it's unique location neslted among the lush vegetation. It offers spectacular harbour/hillside views from some of the most ideal real estate in the town, just far enough away from the tourist/trendy centre to feel... More
