“Book with caution! Rooms like a prison.”

Before booking with this hotel ask about the size and location of your room. We made a reservation 2 months in advance and when we arrive we were assigned to a lower floor room-almost underground that looked more like a prison cell then a hotel room. We were told that nothing else was available and they couldn't move anyone else... More
