This is probably the most unique hotel you can in whole Tuscany region. Modern and classic decoration sytles blended perfecly. Each room has it's own feature, you can't decide which one to stay in. I think the one with the valley view was the best. The manager, Mr. Cristian Passera, was very well informed and helpful during our stay. The... More

We stayed for a few nights at the Palazzo Carletti while on Honeymoon to Italy. It was by far the best place we stayed in. Cristian was so helpful with everything, even down to the smallest detail. Not sure ide call it a hotel, or a B&B. Whatever its called its really special. It was ofcourse spotless. The standard of... More

I booked this hotel in Montepulciano for the view, which can be enjoyed from one of the rooms. And indeed, the view was breathtaking, so it was worth spending that night in this hotel. Finding the parking needs some skills, but the staff was helpful. The room was clean. The rest is forgettable. In fact this hotel has only 5... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Christian was a great host. His directions to the parking were spot on. The city is a good base for trips in and around Tuscany. The local restaurants were very good. Large clean rooms, good internet connection, and breakfast was great. I'd recommend it for couples only. More

Palazzo Carletti was the best place we stayed on our recent visit to Italy. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at, even nicer than the astra on santorni. We had a great suite with 20 foot ceilings with frescoes. The bathroom was very ultra-modern and even had a glass roof so that you could look up... More

Everything is spot-on here. Excellent location (on Montepulciano's main walking artery but deep inside a palazzo so very quiet), excellent breakfast, beautiful, spacious rooms with big beds and an entirely complimentary minibar. Helpful staff, palatial living room/lobby. Nothing is a miss. If only it was a little bit cheaper... More

This was one of the finest hotels experiences I have had anywhere in the world. We literally did not want to leave, and we were going to Rome. If you are going anywhere even remotely near this place and you can swing it, stay here. I would bet my travel fund on the fact that you wont be disappointed. More

The place is just amazing. From the huge and well decorated room (a palace's room) to the reception of our host Cristian everything was just a dream. We traveled as a couple in Christmas time and had two pleasant nights in Palazzo Carletti. Cristian also spotted all the good places to visit and the best restaurants in town (specially because... Everything has been said in the reviews of Palazzo Carletti. The quality of the rooms: every little detail is 5 star. Cristian was fantastic and very helpful. We were two couples travelling together. We had rooms 1 and 3. In the evening, we relaxed in the huge living room and felt completely at home. Breakfast was served in the living... More

While we aren't the pickiest of travelers by any means, we usually can spot a few areas for improvement in the places that we stay. However, Palazzo Carletti is an exception. My husband and I took a two week trip to Italy for our honeymoon, and it was by far the favorite among our accommodations. We immediately felt welcomed, and... More
