Stayed at the hotel two nights while on tour of Italy with a tour group. The shower curtain needed to be changed out - the bottoms of the curtain had dark stains indicating they needed clorox. We stayed at this hotel for a week, using it as our base for a tour of Tuscany and Liguria. Staff was very smart and helpful. Extremely good and varied food. Location is very central.
