A lovely, old-fashioned small hotel. Our air conditioned room was clean and pretty and the hotel breakfast buffet was bounteous and delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful (we were given a parking ticket in Lucca and the desk staff were very helpful advising on where to pay the ticket. We couldn't have managed without them.)
