Unfriendly. Extremely extremely small bathroom with NO amenities or anywhere to park your toothbrush, toilet roll stuffed into radiator - no holder. Towels changed every 3 days. Mattress 6 inches thick. Aircconditioning at owner's whim. The only one happy at the end of the stay is the owner because he has your money. GOODLUCK More

This hotel is incredibly misrepresented in photos. It is small, smelly, old and MAYBE a 2 star. The hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. We stayed for four days at the Hotel Manzoni in April of 2010 and we really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, the food was good and plentiful. I recommend it wholeheartedly. More

We stayed here for six nights and couldn't ask for anything more. The desk staff was helpful but the dinner staff were excellent as was the food. During a whole week our room was hardly ever ( if ever) cleaned. very old and shabby room at ground floor. Bath towels smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast so and so. Dinner not at all tasty. Surely not what Italian food tastes like! Location very good but I wouln't return to Hotel Manzoni. More
