We traveled through Switzerland, Austria and Italy, and this was our favorite hotel of the trip for the combination of its location, price and the wonderfully friendly family who run the hotel. We had a lake view room, and the view must be one of the greatest in Europe. I think it was actually featured in Travel or Escape magazine... More

Stayed at the Grand Hotel Molveno in August with my partner for 5 days... Wonderful setting right next to the lake... Service was excellent... Always very helpful... Breakfast good... Never tried the evening dinner, but the restaurant was always full, so I expect that was pretty much the same... No downsides as much, perhaps the occasional noise from the camping... More

We stayed for 5 nights in Molveno. The Grand Hotel has a wonderful position on the edge of the lake, just out of the town. The food is excellent, the service always attentive and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it.
