My girlfriend and I stayed at the Al Quadrifoglio while visiting Venice (Sept. 2012) and we're so glad we did. The B&B is clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. Our room was nice and the bed very comfortable. We had our own private bathroom that was spacious and clean.
