Rooms are clean and hotel quiet, free parking nearby. WiFi did not reach our room.Air fresheners as perfumed flowers and other in the rooms, so it is not a choice for allergy people. Transfer to Venice is available and works well.

Recently stayed whilst visiting Venice, which we thought would enable us to relax after a days sight-seeing.The pool was closed, sun chairs stowed away for the winter despite temperatures of 28 degrees. At first glance this place could be mistaken as a all round good hotel. That is until you pull back the curtain. To me what a great hotel boiles down to is service, cleanliness and getting what you paid for. The Green garden resort website is a little deceiving (well to me anyway). It shows a gym and spa and nice restaurant. Well...the gym and spa are private and not part of the hotel , the small restaurant is also under separate management. “Outside of venice but convenient for car travellers”

Venice is only 30 min away by bus ( every 10 to 15 min) free car park and access to adjacent sports club ( tennis & large pool ) large rooms by european standards and good restaurant special mention for kindness of personnel ready to help and advice in so many languages ( french , german and english of course)...
