we spent one night for business in this hotel.
i know, this is not a place to stay in winter, but if you have to be there and the hotel is open it is supposed to have a good treatment.
rooms are terrible, dirty, with hair on the bed.
windows were vibrating every minute during the night.

Driving around in Tuscany we found ourselves in Marina di Massa looking for a hotel. Staff were very friendly, English-speaking, and rooms (we were six) very nice - clean and modern. We paid 150 Euros for three rooms incl. a good breakfast buffet with a very friendly hostess. Hotel is a one-minute walk to the beach.
