The hotel was clean, comfortable and excellently located for the town centre. The staff were friendly and there was free wifi throughout the building. It is a two star hotel so you can't expect it to be luxury, but it was great value and we'd happily go back again.

Everything about this place was really good. Great position, very good restaurant attached, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic and spotlessly clean, though they lack a bit of 'soundproofing'. Hotel organised my airport transfers for a very reasonable price. Not right on the lake, but one minute away. 2* and very reasonable price.

I spent 4 nights in malcesine in another hotel but ate in this restaurant on two evenings. We stayed at the alpino from 27 October for 7days. It is very well run by the family and very comfortable. Our room had everything we needed including toiletries. The food at the hotel is so good that we ate there every evening.The owner deducts 10% when you eat there as a resident. Highly reccommended.
