Just had a week in the Benacus hotel and received wonderful hospitality and great service. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even though the weather wasn't at its best for that week, we still enjoyed our stay helped by the friendliness and kindness of the staff at the hotel. Great!!!
