The Savoia Palace is well situated in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished but the food and service that you will receive at the Savoia Palaceis fabulous. We three pensioner crumblies booked a ski package with Crystal. We have skiied most of Canada & USA and wanted something a bit nearer home for a change. As soon as we walked into our room at the Savoia we knew we wouldn't be staying. The Hotel was a complete disaster, the rooms are old and unkept, 14" small TV with only CNN in english, the Sauna was not for free and had to be booked in advance only after 15:30. Hospitality was horrible, only two types of wine where available at the bar RED and White for outrages prices and to top it all... more
