A genuine good value 3 star hotel close to the centre and near ski lift and ski bus. Very helpful and welcoming owners, not phased by our early arrival. Good sized rooms and pleasant reception area.
Enjoyed a very relaxing week here and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Gym looked good for those who have the energy...

Family run hotel with a nice location close to the center and the slopes.
I've have been to Livigno since more than 30 years and since the last few years I spent most of my stays in the Francesin..
Rooms are big, confortable and very cleaned.
Warm welcome, excellent breakfast and personalized attention from both the owner and the staff....
