The building is a fabulous former Austro-Hungarian summer palace; one day they will turn it into a top class resort after which it will become unaffordable. The building is a very nice restored summer vila with a great garden just above the old village. The rooms are clean and in good shape. We recommend superior rooms. The hotel is located in a nice park and looks 'Imperial' on the outside. The rooms are however not that imperial... they are in fact rather small and have just basic decoration and luxe (no AC...). Note also that you cannot take a proper shower... Breakfast is continental and again fairly average. I was however more than pleased with the... more
