We quite enjoyed our stay at the Cristal. The Staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was large although the bathroom was oddly miniscule. The location was not brilliant, but as regards value for money it was OK More

“old hotel very tired and in need of an update too far out of city centre”

Rooms large but gaudy. bathrooms minute. Service good though a Courtesy Bus was available but not offered when we asked how to get to city. Cost us E17 by taxi. We were offered a car to and from the city by another concierge that night as it was the Patron Saints Festival and no cabs would be available. More
