Hotel Versilia at Forte dei Marmi is a typical mass-throughput beach resort hotel. Quite adequate, clean and functional, but nothing special or personal about it. It won't be central to your memories of the area.

We chose this hotel for its 4 star rating, but found it it be noisy, very basic ,dirty carpets, very indifferent breakfast, coffee almost undrinkable. It made Campamiles positively luxurious. The plus side was that the hotel porter was very helpful and made us feel welcome and there was plenty of off road parking.

Cozy family and resort hotel with friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool and relaxation area around it. Marvellous food especially dinner menu. Hotel offers both full board and half board accommodation.
It is situated within 15 minutes from seashore and centre of Forte dei Marmi and there is a shuttle which takes you there every two hours.
It is wonderful option...

Old beds (a king size is actually two separate beds together), old bathroom, curtains etc etc
Very close to the motorway with a lot of sound.
Unfriendly reception.

This hotel is ok if you are just looking for a place to put your head.
The deal we got through Expedia was four nights for 3 and worked out at approx £70 per room per night and I would have been disappointed if I had paid more.
It is on the edge of ~Forte Dei Marmi, not so close...
