Hotel with good location but poor service. The WiFi, the refrigerator did not work. The breakfast room far too small for the number of guests. Certainly the quality does not match the rate ( high)

Very well located, this is a very practical hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic weekend though: rooms are old and not charming at all. The staff is really kind which helps to compensate the frustration - considering the hall decoration and the beauty of the city itself.

First of all don't believe room photo available on-line, also in tripadvisor. Rooms are nice but non so much nice. Dont' expect a luxury place. Average and clean rooms. Good Bed. Average Bathroom. Very kind personnel. Very good breakfast. Just in the very center of then city, a very good and inexpensive Hotel for visiting Ferrara (71 € per night).
