We stayed only one night in single rooms. The rooms were small but clean with a nice bed and balcony. The location is unbeatable. Adriano is very helpful. Breakfast was good and the price was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Located right in the heart of Cortina by the church Montana is a great place to stay. Rather basic but charming rooms. Clean. 5-10 minutes walk with skis on the should to the closest cabin. Bus 1 minute away. The small number of staff and management have just the right type of attitude and service level that goes beyond what... More

This a bed and breakfast hotel bang in the centre of the Corso Italia which is the main central pedestrianised street in upmarket Cortina and directly opposite the beautiful church with it's impressive bell tower. The location is perfect. Not far for the Faloria cable car (300 yards maximum although a little uphill) and 80 yards for the ski bus.... More

We had stayed one night in Cortina at a supposedly 4 star hotel. Ha! It was horrible. The next day we were leaving and it started snowing so we decided to stay. Imagine our great surprise and good fortune to find the Montana. The price was less than 1/2 of what we had paid the night before at the 4... More

The price was so good we did not expect it to be as great an experience as it was. The hotel is right in the middle of Cortina and to get to ski rental and the slopes was easy. The Patron was absolutely charming and extremely helpful. The rooms were big enough and comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel... More

I stayed in Cortina last June 2011. I’m so sorry it has taken this long to write a review. However, people need to know about this hotel. If you have the blessed opportunity to visit to Cortina, and Hotel Montana has availability, then you will not want to pass on this hotel. My standards are not very low. My husband... More

Very, very good price, so we did not expect perfection. What an amasing surprise! Parking spot provided, hotel in the center of the center, ski bus can not be closer, the most kind manager and stuff, good quality breakfast, greatest view from the room terrace directly to slopes with night light, cosy, mountain ambient rooms. Even the morning church bell... More

We stayed at the Montana for a single night (and glad that we didn't book more nights!). The man at the reception was the typical Italian receptionist, which was fine with us- until we got to the room. The linens were dirty, the toilet and bathroom were not clean (hairs) and the ceiling and walls had mold stains. The heating... More

I'm very sorry for what happend but is the first time in 21 years of work that someone said that the room was not clean . One can happen but 2...Probabily the guest need a service of 4 stars with the cost of 2 stars. Nothing was to his liking. The room, the view, the bathroom, in short, classic client... More

We usually stay at higher end hotels simply becuase you are more likely to get a clean room, good service, and good food. This hotel made me realize that what you pay for a room does not equate to what you get. We rolled into town at about 6pm in the off season and used Tri Advisor to choose the... More
