The hotel is very nice service is excellent (sometimes too pressing) however they did lose some points due to greediness to charge 10€ for a bottle of coke???? Or to charge 40€ a day for covered parking (25€ for parking outside) I think this is exagerted

Very luxurious, great indoor pool, amazing hamam, very relaxing, parking service, shuttle connection to the village, great consierge, great breakfast, polite staff, had the best massage of my life!!!! However Italian 5 star hotels are a notch down compared to other 5 star hotels.

Top hotel in the most beautiful ski area in the world. Snow reliability is the only problem here. The shuttle bus into the town is great especially for non-skiiers. The rooms are spectacular, views fantastic and the spa/fitness area is perfect sfter a long day on the slopes.

Sure it's pricey but what would one expect from a very good hotel? As close to a ski in/ski out hotel without being on the slopes.
