We stayed here prior to leaving for a 7 day cruise. The hotel was difficult to find from the train station but after a few wrong turns we found it. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to the pier for the cruise and the staff provided us... More

The staff member was particularly helpful on both arrival and departure. My luggage was carried in from the taxi as well as up and down the stairs. My specific room requests were taken into account. Information and directions were freely provided. A taxi was phoned for my departure. The room and bed were clean and comfortable for my overnight stay.... More

Hotel Porto di Roma is SO cute! The staff here was amazing! We stayed one night prior to a cruise, and would definitely come back. It is not the most fancy hotel in Civitavecchia, but I don't think 2 stars does it justice. This is only one of two hotels we stayed in while in Italy - this one definitely... More

We booked this room for one night prior to a cruise. Our booking was based on trip advisor reviews and cost. The room was clean and comfy. Nice bed. Although the room was one floor up and there was no lift, the staff brought up our bags with smiling faces. Great service and the staff offered suggestion for nearby restaurants... More

We ALWAYS prefer to book a hotel near our cruise port the night before departure and this fit the bill 100%. Great rate. A mere 10 minute walk to the port bus pick up point. Super clean. Comfy bed. There is a street market just two blocks away and we found great prices on Murano glass pendants and jewelry the... More

We booked this hotel online and based our choice on the reasonable rates and the fact that several cruisers (who we thought migh be quite fussy!) recommended the hotel. Walking from the station it took a little while to find as it is tucked away in the middle of the 'Old town@ so a taxi might be best for first... More

We arrived at night before our cruise and took a quick taxi ride to this spot. Once the sun came out we were able to appreciate how great of a location this was. The man who greeted us came out to our taxi and made us feel right at home. He spoke English well which helped us. He was very... More
