Stayed at this hotel in September as part of a group. The good thing about this hotel is that it has a lovely garden area. However the staff were rude. Some staff were incredibly rude to our group, service in restaurant was appalling with difficulty getting coffee and tea, and a second rate menu provided. The tour group was mainly retired and were polite and patient, they had done nothing to upset the management or staff. There was a very helpful lady on reception and the cleaning staff were pleasent.... More
