“Needs some upgrading”

This may be a budget hotel however the cleaniliness in the room is next to zero. The carpets have stains and the visity of dust is everywhere on each item in the room. The service in the restaurant is slow. There is lack of wifi in the rooms though you may get it in lobby.

The location - 500 metres from the Calenzano exit on the A1 - is good if you are travelling by car, less if you are a tourist wanting to visit Florence. “Industrial area hotel "in the middle of nowhere" - definitely not in Florence”

The hotel is in a large and 100% industrial/commercial area on the other side of Florence's airport. Do not consider this to be a hotel in Florence. As a fair comment: A train station that serves Florence trains is nearby. “Good Florence-area hotel on our tour”

We stayed at this hotel as part of our Trafalgar tour of Europe, as our overnight stop between Florence and Switzerland. The hotel was very clean and artistic. The rooms were very large and clean. It is not located in the heart of Florence (it is northwest of Florence), but with our guided tour, this did not matter to us.

“Terrible Hotel, don't stay there!”

room was large but very dim. Very run down. Toilet shower screen was broken and the door warped not able to close complete. room heater was not working at all. middle of the night it went dead. It was cold breakfast was acceptable
