Bathroom was terribly mouldy and small. Television had poor reception. Cleaned ground floor windows right before bed, then knocked on door to replace AC filter at 11:00pm. Not worth "breakfast included"

The hotel standard was good, employees friendly and it was all over a positive experience. Hotels is very interesing for his location, very near the railway station of Brescia and only 10 minutes walking to city center. Had a pleasent stay - would definitely recommend it to anyone.

In Decembar 2003 I have stayed in Hotel Cristallo in Brescia. I have found very kind hotel staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was Ok. The price of the room was Ok, too. Good Hotel.
