this family owned and run hotel would give Ritz Carleton a 'run for their money' i would return asap.... this is a gem.... dont miss it . Our Ski flight group had a terrific time... the food was outstanding,, as good as one might find in New York or Chicago...

Everything about La Genzianella is wonderful. The family members who run the hotel are delightful, competent, and efficient. The restaurant is outstanding and I couldn't wait for the next great dinner. The location, setting, hotel, staff are all exceptional. What a treat to stay here and enjoy Bormio. We will be back again soon.

I just spent a week at this family-owned hotel. The food is excellent, the service first rate and the location is perfect for the ski hill and the town. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I would love to come back in the summer for hiking and biking.

Very nice experience and environment. The owners and the staff very friendly and polite. Certainly very good value for money. Big plus the people that run the hotel, a family business that has grown very well with time. Definetely the hotel to go if you are in Bormio (it is very close to the main lift as well).

Lovely place for winter holidays : this family hotel will give you nice atmosphere, helpful and charming stuff, a very good location (close to slope and city center), excellent food.This is really a place you will appreciate coming back again and recommend to your friends.
