The staff at this hotel were outstanding. They were patient, helpful and friendly. They were never too busy to answer questions and direct us in the right direction or offer a smile - i would definitely recomend this hotel. Plus the hotel is a very good area - good restaurants, water buses and buses... i had a lovely stay! More
