This hotel is best summarized as yin and yang. My wife and I stayed there for are daughters fastpitch tournament and, in some cases, we were disappointed, and in other ways, pleased. This is a nice Hotel conveniently placed for the lovely centre of Arezzo (15 minutes walk) It is very easy to find if you are driving and has car parking The rooms were very clean. Don't be put off by the modern appearance of the recently refurbished exterior

I found it to be very helpful that it closed the center of the city very accessible and very close to public transportation. The service was excellent and the personal was very professional and helpful.

I only stayed at this hotel because hotels.com messed up my reservation with a small B&B in Arezzo (grrrrr.......). The hotel itself was great: clean, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, tasty breakfast--a really professional operation. It was cold outside and it was nice and toasty warm inside, with the added bonus of a towel warmer (great for budget travelers like us... More
