A great location, very cozy. The only hotel in the city center. Rooms are old fashioned and very clean. The entire staff is competent, helpful and available. The breakfast is very good and the pizza restaurant is world class. Parking is limited, so reserve ahead. I travel to this area regularly and this is the only place I will stay.

We stayed here one night with friends and this was not my favorite hotel. Yes the location is good; but it’s also just a minute walk away from a main piazza where music played until midnight and people partied late into the morning. The street that the hotel is located on is noisy and the windows did not keep the...

Hotel Savona is a 2-minute walk from the main street in Alba. The rooms are large. Staff is very friendly. They provide parking space in the hotel parking lot (secure your reservation). As you may know, Alba is next to the wineyard of Barbaresco and other Barolo villages.

Most hotels in Alba are situated away from central town, but from Hotel Savona, You can reach restaurants, cafés, sights and shops easily by foot. The building is not new, but renewed and the rooms are spacious and clean. You get over aveage rooms for undev average cost. The service at the desk is perfect and in addition very fiendly....

Convenient location to the central part of town; if there is another hotel as convenient, we aren't aware of it. We were visiting during the Truffle Festival; a great deal of fun, as well as educational.
NEUTRAL: The hotel is dated, reminiscent of a mix between the 1950's and bad decor of the mid - 70's. Breakfasts are so/so; our...

The infamous white truffle brought us to Alba and we decided to select this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. The Hotel appears to of been a Three Star according to the Italian Hoteliers guidelines (I still don't know what their criteria is!), and now it's boasting a four star rating. I would say it's leaning towards four. The room...

Visited Hotel Savona in October for tour of wine area and truffle festival in Alba. The hotel is centrally located and near great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Rooms are clean, beds are a little hard but overall a good value. The breakfast (included) is good but not as extensive as others I've seen/experienced. Good value for a central location...

We arrived early afternoon on Saturday and needed to get to Church, the people at the hotel had the Mass time and provided me with a map to the Duomo. My computer died while I was there and one of the fellows at the front desk was very helpful trying to get my computer back working, unfortunately it was not...

Stayed one night in this beautiful town with my family. We got a large family room (4 beds) of pretty good standard for around €130 included a really good breakfast buffet.
