The pluses are significant
Glorious quiet garden with orange and pomegranate trees and this on the second floor!
The suite is a bit over the top - high ceiling -inlaid parquet wooden floors - huge mirror and glorious bathroon with marble floor and inlaid mosaics.
Sitting room a mixed bag of some lovely hand painted furniture - beautiful old rugs...

Seemed like the villa has already lost its beauty and I believe the owner plans to remodel over a period of time. One should adjust the expectations that since Goethe stayed here, it should be grand. The best thing about it was the very central location, next to a good restaurant and along the main street.
