The room and hall smell terrible. The room air conditioned didn't work and could not be regulated. The shower did not drain the water properly and the room had a step to go to the bathroom. The breakfast was OK although it does not have warm selections. More

Definitely not a 5* hotel - maybe 3* ..but maybe. You will find in Greece a lot of beautiful hotels and sites. Avoid Alexandros Palace as much as you can. More
