So sorry it has taken so long to write this. We stayed at Village Susegat February 2012 for 8 nights after being staying at Palolem beach. This place is luxury compared to what we had travelled from. Hot running water, daily fresh towels, immaculately decorated huts, incredible beds, amazing staff. Stunning, breath taking beach with private sunbeds. The food was also... More

Nice enough place but nothing special. Clean rooms, well kept, and the easy beach access doesn't hurt. The rooms are neat and clean, but tiny and poorly lit so don't expect to use them for anything other than to sleep. And, rather disappointingly for a seaside destination, there are no windows so no sea breezes to keep you cool at... More

I have been spending time in Goa for over 25 years and to stumble across Susegat was like taking a good few steps backwards and I mean this in a good way. Things have progressed in Goa very quickly but this place has something authentic because they have kept it simple in the most luxurious way. Beautifully crafted beach huts... More

My husband and me found out about the place through Tripadvisor and after reading the reviews it was just the place we were looking for a quick getaway... The place is extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. Hats of to Di and Steve to have created this village for travellers who look for a quaint place . Being an Indian the... More

The quality of the beach hut was amazing. It was stylish and everything worked, I have been to Goa many times and few places are "everything in said on the tin". Diane the owner was very welcoming, helpful and did everything from arranging bike hire to booking a restaurant. If you want a relaxed holiday than this is the place... More

Having been to Goa before and have stayed in a few beach huts, our expectations weren't that high, however upon arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised to say the least. The huts are very clean, well furnished, with very comfy matresses, (which can be a rarity in some places) plenty of hot water, and a decent shower. A nice outside... More

This is a very special serene place. The owners/ hosts have created a haven on a quiet strip of beach in Morjim, North Goa. The hospitality is exceptional - the staff are very friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble, the entire site is spotless with an excellent cafe/ bar serving Goan & Indian classic dishes as well as European... This is going to be a difficult review since the resort doesn't exactly cater to a wide audience. The concept, location and service is quite unique. Morgim beach by far is among the cleaner beaches that I have seen. Water is nice enough to go for a swim. That said, this place may not be the right choice for a... More

This was our third visit to Goa but our first to Village Susegat. We now don't have to look any further for our next visit to this area. Village Susegat offers the perfect environment for a really relaxing holiday at very economical prices. Starting with the 'huts' which are built properly with good plumbing, hot showers, strong fans, good mosquito... More
