We held a very civilised hen party here for a weekend and could not have been more pleased. The lodges are fitted out to a really high standard and the open plan living area made for a really sociable time. Barry was fabulous making us feel so welcome, even lighting a BBQ for us and helping with organising taxis for... More

We stayed in one of the lodges for a girls weekend away last year and had a fantastic time. The owners are really friendly and gave us a warm welcome including some unexpected food supplies in the kitchen and a bottle of wine. The quality of the lodges and the setting are great. The location is next to a dual... More

I was looking for a country cottage to go to with my family after attending my son's graduation in Oxford. The photo on the internet looked idealic as I wanted a river view which it had. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lodging which is first class. Being a frequent traveller both on business... More

We can thoroughly recommend Cherbridge Cottages after our stay there, we received a very warm welcome which was good after a long journey and late at night. The standard & quality of the lodges was very good with all the amenities that we needed and more besides too! Plus to our delight there was some food and a bottle of... More

We spent one week in our life that we will never forget. Clean and perfect rever side lodge with total of three bed rooms and two bath rooms. The lodge rear view to the rever side and garden with ducks where injoyable to my kids, wife and me. It was just a fantastic view. The lodge was fully equiped from... More

We were here for a week whilst my brother was married. As a location - great and very convenient to commute in/out of Oxford. Barry the owner, is very helpful and friendly. The lodge itself was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and generally well equipped. However, we have 2 young children (aged 3 and 1) and had a number of safety... More

We were a bit put off by the gates leading to the property, until we were able to pass through into a wonderfully peaceful and delightful area of cottages, gardents and riverside that were most enjoyable and comforting. The accomodations in the cottage were most comfortable, spacious and enjoyable. We would return to this location without hesitation. And the owners... More

We met up with family here in June for a weeks holiday. The lodge was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped - it felt a perfect home away from home. On arrival there was a very friendly welcome with all the information on the lodge and surrounding area we could have hoped for. This is a great base for visiting... More

Our stay at the cottage was excellent. The cottage was one of the best accommodations we ever stayed in. We visit Oxford every year and used to stay at the Macdonald Randolph hotel (which we also enjoyed). This was the first year we stayed in Oxford with our two children (3 year-old and a baby (3 months)) and parents. The... More
