A neglected property. Lots of staff- but unpredictable quality of service. Incredibly rude houskeeping dept. makes horrid levels of noise all morning long. 6:45AM- Noon; impossible to sleep. Good place to relaxing and rest my mind. Facing the open seas and fresh air really satisfy me. Price also very affordable to local visitor. Specially ground floor. The town also near to resort about 1km.Will come again with my family groups.

Stayed overnight during a recent trip to Kudat for the Raya holidays.
