2 stars customer-centric mentality
1) Arrived on 7 Feb. 2012 at 09:30. Was "greeted" by an unfriendly staff at the reception. When asked about whether one can check-in, he replied with a stern, " You can only do it after 2pm". Then, strugglin with a big suitcase and 2 bags, one asked if the big suitcase can be stored somewhere....
