stayed feb 10-12 with 2 family members and on my own april 27 -29. hotel was very clean and well equiped. staff were freindly. very good value for money as checked out special offers. but on viewing website prices are now a little higher but i would certainly stay at The Westberry again. More

While for the price the rooms were just about acceptable the staff (all of them) were awful. No customer service skills and not prepared to put themselves out one bit. They did not originally realise that we were a big group of friends and we'd booked 7 seperate rooms and we all felt the same. More

I was amazed that this hotel only has two AA stars. I feel that four would be more appropriate. Exceptionally clean, first class decor, food and service for a reasonable price. More than adequate car parking and easy access to town. What more could you want? More
