Stayed here mid-week as I was working in Sevenoaks. The hotel is on the main road through Sevenoaks and the shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel car park is behind the hotel - the entrance to which is a narrow driveway alongside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

My family had another get together last Saturday at the Royal Oak and it was enjoyed by all 25 of us. The staff was really friendly they couldn't have been more helpful, the food was lovely especially the breakfast and our rooms were great. Hope to see you again next year.

I should have read the previous reviews and I would not have stayed. Staff I found ok if not enthusiastic. Could be the dated environment they work in.
