Visited Sevenoaks with my son and stayed with the Campbells for 3 nights in May 2013. Austens Cottage is such a lovely place in a central location and Bill and Ronnie were such perfect hosts too. Thank you and we hope to be back next year.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Ronnie and Bill are excellent hosts and set us up for the day with a fabulous breakfast. Austens is very handy for the centre of Sevenoaks which has no shortage of good places to eat. It is also surprisingly quiet and peaceful for such a central location. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed for one weekend and were very well looked after by Ronnie and Bill. We had the larger of the two bedrooms. The accommodation was comfortable, conveniently located in pleasant surroundings near Sevenoaks centre, and breakfast was excellent. There was nothing not to like about it, and we'd happily stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Austen’s cottage. Bill and Ronnie were great hosts and were very accomodating with our 7 month old baby. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely B&B.

We stayed for one weekend to get out of the city. Breakfast was excellent - everything from top quality sausage to thoughtful small dishes of berries. Quiet but convenient for Sevenoaks centre. Nice shower too.
