Apricot Lodge is a beautiful purpose-built guest accommodation. It is modern yet has character. The rooms have every facility, including bathrobes and bottled water. Darran is a wonderful host. He produces consistently good breakfasts of local produce and is a mine of information on the locality. His speciality - the best teashops in Yorkshire, comes in very handy for days... more

Apricot Lodge is set in a nice quiet location, just 5 minutes walk into the town centre. Darran and Sarah are the most hospitable hosts we have encountered. The accomodation is cozy, clean and very relaxing. The breakfasts are superb and we would recommend a stay here. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future. more
