Cottage was lovely, a real home from home. No mobile phone coverage which was a surprise, but turned out to be a pleasant change from the usual interruptions on holiday. more

Stayed in the self catering cottages. A lovely, peaceful location, even saw deer in the forest. Good walking from the door. Lots of space. Everything we needed was supplied in the cottages. However, a bit pricey. more

Every year we take our horses to the North Yorkshire Moors for a "holiday". This year was the best yet! Fantastic hosts, great rides, a lovely paddock for the horses to relax and rest in. We even had the hottest week of the summer. As I said, perfection for horse and rider. more

We've just had three days staying with Jan and Duncan in one of their B&B rooms. They run an excellent establishment ticking all the boxes for the little nice touches in the rooms and in the personal service that they themselves provide at breakfast. When we next go to North Yorkshire we'll be looking to stay with them again. more

Everything in Cloth Fair Cottage we needed for two great weeks and it was so easy with either the electric or manual wheelchair. We loved exploring the area which was all new to us.
