I stayed in the self catering bungalow and had a lovely weekend. The bungalow had all the mod cons you need and is beautifully decorated throughout. Mandi was a warm hospitable host and I am happy to recommed the bungalow to anyone looking for excellent accomodation at a very reasonable price in Stirling. More

The food was exceptionally good, the management was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, and the room was exceptionally well-appointed and clean. The location was excellent for us, with a grocery store, restaurants and all the tourist sights within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay there again if (and when) we return to Stirling. Looking on the web for a B&B in Stirling, as I had to attend a 2-day conference, I came across this place. The webpage is informative, quite straightforward, and I can guarantee that what you see is what you get. Auchyle house is conveniently located, my room clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast is excellent. The owners are kind and... More

My wife and I had a great stay here and it felt like visiting a relatives house. Mandi,Tom and Harry were fantastic hosts and Harry gave us our dog fix away from home. The breakfast were fantastic and Mandy made everyone feel welcomed and introduced everyone at the tables. There was great local dining at the Riverhouse and the house... More

We stayed in the self catering house next to the B&B. It is just a basic suburban house in which the rooms are let out. You have full use of the kitchen, so with the Sainsbury’s across the street that is very handy. There were other people staying in the house, which could have been weird, but we did not... More

This was our worst experience every. Tiny room, first floor, could hear all conversations our host had with anyone. No chair in the room, TV on the same wall as the head of the bed. Our Host, Mandi, did nothing but complain about previous guests every time we spoke to her, really disgusting stories. It was the bed and breakfast... More

We have 14 and 10 year old boys, and stayed two nights at Auchyle Guest House. There were 2 rooms empty in the self-catering house next door, and we stayed there rather than in the main house. This worked well as there is a Sainsbury's (groceries, gasoline, etc.) just across the road and we got dinner and brought it back.... More

We stumbled upon Auchyle House by accident which was to our good fortune. Mandi and Tom were very welcoming hosts, the accommodation was superb all the ensuite rooms are of a very high standard. The guest house had a very homely ambience, all aspects of our stay were enjoyable. The Scottish breakfast was the best we had experienced in our... More
