What a fabulous B&B!! The bedroom was spectacular, the bed so comfy and the bathroom luxurious. Time, our host, was extremely helpful with directions to get us on our way, the breakfast was more than I could eat and delicious. Pity we did not stay more than the one night. Will definitely be going back again. More

This was like walking into a National Trust property,a beautifully preserved and maintained old town house, run by Tim,a real gentleman and experienced hotelier, who does all the cooking and organisation to great effect.A charming B&B run by a charming chap..both a rather unique find in the modern commercial world......classy,comfortable,and well worth a visit. We stood one night in Stirling and we found this neoclassical age villa is a marvelous place, more beautiful than the city itself… It’s a large home, with fantastic room at the first floor, very spacious and elegant in their furniture. The bathroom is worthy of this name, with extraordinary finishing. It’s a bit expensive if compared with other Scottish... More

We stayed at Firgrove for two nights when we were in Stirling. This B&B is in a beautiful villa and Tim was so helpful helping me with my suitcase up the stairs. The "gold" room was very spacious and had a bay window with a dressing table and seat. With a modern shower and two arm chairs this is a... More

Stayed with Tim for the last night of our holidays and really enjoyed it. The house is a wonderful, spacious Victorian villa and really well decorated. Our room was lovely and big and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and lovingly prepared by Tim himself. It's a short walk into the city centre and very well placed... More

We booked a double ensuite for ~80 pounds. The house has private parking and the room is very neat and clean. The hygiene of the bathroom is very good and the served breakfast is a typical English one. The owner was very friendly (and also his dog). Overall a good B&B. More

We stayed two nights at Firgrove and enjoyed Tim's friendly hospitality. Very well situated - an easy stroll into town - and the room, although a little old-fashioned, was very comfortable and quiet. Tim's breakfasts were most enjoyable and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the Firgrove. More

As danes enjoying the B&B experiences, we can recommend Firgrove on the basis on our days spend in juli 2011. We spend 2 days with Tim and Pip, and enjoyed the house and hospitality. Firgrove is rated a 5 star for very good reason. It is a beautiful home with large rooms and the hospitality extended by Tim and Pip are second to none. We arrived at Firgrove as a result of an accident in which my sister in law broke her leg. Our hostess in another B&B called Firgrove and arranged for us... More
