Excellent located lodge, near Heatrow Airport and sightseeing areas in Windsor. However the lodge is terrible to stay is. Extremely dirty bathroom. The matras was quite dirty. The drain did not drain water from the shower and also we could hear the toilet was defective, because we could hear the water flowing out into the toilet constantly - that is... More

The Heathrow Lodge isn't going to win any luxury hotel awards, but it's hard to be too critical when the price is a fraction of other hotels in the area and the location is so convenient for the budget traveller - (easy access by public transport and free shuttle to the airport). The total cost to get there, stay for... More

Excellent location close to the airport, the planes can be quite noisy if that bothers you. Budget accommodation and they did provide a ride from the airport. The room was clean although very basic. The mattress badly needs replacement, hard and uneven. More

The hotel was room was filthy , the TV did not work , Bed were very uncomfortable , the shower took ages to warm up, pubic hair on the toilet, shaving hair around sink, rubbish bags left with empty large cans. Bed Linen dirty, No free wifi even though it was advertised. Breakfast was a joke. When we tried to... More

As a solo traveler needing a place close to Heathrow, I booked the budget single. It was tiny but fit the bill. You do share the toilet and shower down the hall, but everything was clean and quiet. I found the service quite friendly. They did inform me once I was checking in that the budget level requires you to... More

Cramped spaces. Fake smiles and sickly sweet service. Advertised free Wi-Fi but expected paying. Shower 'room' was small than an airplane loo. Caught breakfast chef smoking a joint. Handy for airport but that is all it has going for it :-( More

I had booked my room at the Heathrow Lodge with some apprehension given the rather negative reviews here on TripAdvisor, but the price and location were too good to ignore and I was traveling by myself so I decided to go for it anyway. And I'm very happy that I did! The location was indeed perfect for my needs, within... More

This is 100% despicable. Totally horrendous, I mean do you know any hotels that have stained Walls and ceiling, terrible single glazing glass with one pain cracked?? I only know one, and that everybody, is called the Heathrow lodge. On the way out I complained to the receptionist and I went off on him like a bottle of pop. The... More

Granted we only stayed one night in transit but we might as well have stayed in the airport public lounge for the night and saved the 80 pounds. This was grotty in the best sense of the word. Rooms not as allocated so our family of four split into two noisy, dirty rooms with bathrooms that would not pass a... More

Be forewarned if you choose to stay here. We had low expectations and wanted only to find a cheap place to lay our travel-weary heads before heading home from a week's holiday. These expectations were barely met. Shuttle service from Heathrow was extremely slow (~90 minutes) and wa exacerbated by vague promises from dispatch. The gaggle of other disgruntled travelers...
